Contact Form Submissions
When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect: first and last name; business email address; company name; phone number (if provided); industry and area of interest (if selected); and the content of your message. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry. It is not used for marketing unless you have separately opted in.
Demo and Consultation Requests
When you request a product demonstration or site assessment, we collect the same fields as above, plus vehicle types or operational context you describe, and facility or deployment information you share voluntarily. This data is used to scope and prepare your demonstration. It may be shared with members of our sales and engineering teams who are involved in your consultation.
Email Correspondence
If you contact us directly by email, we retain the content of that correspondence and any personal data contained within it for the purpose of handling your request and maintaining a record of our communication.

We may receive data about you from third-party sources, including: LinkedIn — aggregate demographic data about visitors who arrive via LinkedIn campaigns; Meta (Facebook) — aggregate audience and campaign performance data; Google — campaign and conversion data from Google Ads and Analytics. InnoTech Systems is based in the United States. If you are accessing the Site from the EEA, the UK, or another jurisdiction with data transfer restrictions, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may not provide the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction.
Where we transfer data from the EEA or UK to the United States or other third countries, we rely on appropriate safeguards, which may include: Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission; UK International Data Transfer Agreements (IDTAs) where applicable; and transfers to organisations that participate in recognised adequacy frameworks.

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising as defined under California law, except where you have consented to marketing cookies via the cookie banner.

We will respond to all requests within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests. We will not charge a fee for reasonable requests.
If you are located in the EEA or UK and are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. For EU residents, a list of supervisory authorities is available at edpb.europa.eu. For UK residents, the relevant authority is the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

After the applicable retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymised so it can no longer be associated with you.
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, or disclosure. These measures include: encryption of data in transit using TLS; access controls limiting data access to authorised personnel only; regular review of our security practices and third-party providers; and secure hosting infrastructure through Vercel.
While we take reasonable precautions, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify you and relevant authorities promptly in the event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, as required by law.
Our Site and services are directed at business professionals and are not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
